It’s time to dip into the archives again and look at the works of fantasy author Joe Abercrombie.  Our co-hosts Deanna Toxopeus and Gary Mitchel are joined by RevSF’s Man from Japan (TM) David Farnell to primarly dicuss Abercrombie’s First Law series.  As Gary observes, Abercrombie writes books about the people who would be the villains in other authors’ work. Together our trio looks at Abercrombie’s writing style, characters and themes.

As always, the discussion is wide ranging, with David discovering a mermaid and Deanna being completely inappropriate.

A reminder about our feedback address: Who’s your favourite Abercrombie character?
